VARSITY CHEER
Students in grades 10-12 are invited to tryout for our non-competitive sideline dance, stunt and tumble cheer program. Fall Cheer supports all home and away varsity Spartan Football games as well as any postseason opportunities. Winter Cheer supports home varsity Spartan Basketball games for both boys' and girls' teams as well as any postseason opportunities.

Both Fall and Winter Varsity Cheer hold a joint tryout in the spring (Mar-Apr) for the following year, see links below. Once selected, all Varsity Cheerleaders will attend a mandatory training camp each June.

Spring Tryout Eligibility
All forms should be submitted to Ms. Lawrence in Room 310 before or after school (7:10 - 2:40).
1.  Cheer Registration Form
2.  Current Sports Physical  (within 2 years)
*Those who make the squad will be required to complete the online sport signup!

JUNIOR-VARSITY (JV) CHEER
Students in grades 9-12 are invited to participate in our non-competitive sideline dance, stunt, and tumble cheer program. JV Cheer does not travel, but supports in-season sports of all levels at home. Tryouts for JV Cheer are mid-August (Fall season) and mid-November (Winter season). Watch the Spartan Athletics page for open registrations dates through Family Access; the process is the same for all other in-season sports.

ALL CHEERLEADERS
Parents/guardians must submit the Athletic Participation Pack for each season (fall and/or winter) and select "Cheer" in step #10. Students must have a current sports physical (within 2 years) on file in the Athletic Office before they will be eligible to participate. Cheerleaders are also required to purchase an ASB card. Cheerleading on either team demands a significant time commitment - expect to practice or support an athletic event every school day throughout the season.
